Core Responsibilities

Manage operational escalations acting as a focal point between the team and supervision to ensure efficient conflict resolution and communication flow. Adhere to policies and regulations, handle escalations, represent the area, manage operational load, address incidents, deliver results, and validate information.

Requirements

2 to 4 years of experience in operational roles within Personnel Administration, HR, or related areas. Experience in managing operational escalations and incident control. Previous experience working with standardized processes in high-volume environments. Leadership experience in HR is also required.
