Own the talent and org agenda with HR and Finance: org design, headcount, performance and promotion calibration, succession.

5+ years of program or project management experience. Bachelor's degree. Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership. Speak, write, and read fluently in English. 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
