Maintain, calibrate, and evolve the fraud detection rules and models for credit and debit cards in collaboration with Data Science and Engineering. Develop new variables and heuristics to reduce false positives and maximize healthy transaction approvals. Automate operational prevention processes from screening to investigations and reporting, utilizing AI tools and measuring efficiency gains. Work closely with the Product team to design and implement features that enhance card product security.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Actuarial Sciences, Mathematics, or related fields. Solid proven experience in fraud prevention in Brazil or the banking sector. Strong experience in SQL and other data exploration and analysis tools, along with understanding of Spanish. Regular use of AI tools to solve tasks and optimize business processes, ensuring responsible, ethical, and secure usage.
