Ocean Export Customer Service

Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow. Track and trace Ocean Export files and reporting. Meet compliance with internal and external regulations. Communicate overseas and respond to emails and requests in a timely manner.

1 to 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Understanding of ocean documentation process is a plus. Fluent in English with effective interpersonal skills.
