UX Writer for Customer Communications

Write content for multiple communication channels, including emails, push notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, and in-app chat messages. Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, Product, Design, Legal, and Compliance teams to develop accurate, consistent, and user-centered communications. Ensure consistency in brand voice, terminology, and writing style across all customer-facing communications.

Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Literature, Marketing, or a related field. 2 years of experience in UX writing, copywriting, CRM content, digital communications, or related fields. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in Mexican Spanish, with a strong command of English.
