This role serves as the analytical engine for CRM and New User Acquisition, partnering with leadership to understand user behavior, measure impact, and scale growth initiatives. Responsibilities include driving experimentation, applying causal methods, and contributing analytical thinking to growth optimization problems like budget allocation and targeting policy design.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a proven ability to define analytical problems in ambiguous settings and demonstrate strong experiment design skills, including power analysis and randomization strategies. Solid applied knowledge of causal inference methods beyond A/B testing, advanced SQL/Excel, and strong Python proficiency for statistical analysis are required.
