[8FA] Dynamics 365 Admin Support Role

Manage user accounts, role-based security settings, and tenant configurations within Microsoft Entra ID and Lifecycle Services. Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving functional and technical support tickets across Finance and SCM modules. 3+ years of hands-on system administration experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management. Proficiency with Lifecycle Services, role-based security configuration, and Data Management Framework. Strong analytical troubleshooting skills and excellent communication skills.
