Understand operational processes and distribute knowledge to the operations team by analyzing necessary data to measure impact and share insights. Manage governance of systemic change implementations in operations, ensuring contingency plans and obstacle resolution. Create and coordinate an implementation plan with clarity on initiatives in the implementation phase.

Complete higher education. Experience in process improvement or quality, mapping operations and flows, project coordination, and in manufacturing, operations, logistics, and changes. Knowledge of Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, and PMO methodologies is desirable. Familiarity with data analysis, dashboard generation, and tools like Tableau is also desirable.
