Conduct performance intelligence to analyze conversion drops, portfolio maturation, and identify bottlenecks in the real estate funnel. Build and maintain operational tools for Account Managers, including goal tracking dashboards and efficiency calculators. Proactively map opportunities and solutions to address operational challenges and create tactical tools. Serve as the operational truth guardian by ensuring data accuracy and investigating discrepancies.
Requirements
Advanced SQL skills with expertise in CTEs, window functions, and complex joins. High-level proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for creating tactical tools and automations. Experience with BI tools like Superset, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI for data visualization. Strong business acumen and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
