Design, build, and implement workflows and methodologies to convert complex operations into clear and scalable structures. Draft, update, and coordinate the dissemination of company policies. Monitor applicable regulatory frameworks, initially focusing on Mexico, and assess the impact of new legal changes on business operations.

Bachelor's degree in Law. Minimum 4 years of post-degree experience in Compliance and/or Legal areas. Essential experience in structuring processes from scratch in high-growth companies or environments with poorly defined processes. Fluent professional English, both oral and written.
