Core Responsibilities

The Regional HR Operations Lead will establish and lead the HR Operations structure across Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and Peru, overseeing the day-to-day delivery of HR services and coaching local specialists. This role also involves collaborating globally to standardize processes, contribute to the global HR Operations strategy, and drive continuous improvement through digital enablement.

Requirements

Essential requirements include broad HR Operations or Shared Services experience across multiple countries, proven success in leading teams, and a deep understanding of HR processes, compliance, and governance. Candidates should possess strong collaboration skills, a data-driven mindset, and comfort building structure in ambiguous environments.
