Identify and map opportunities for improvement in Client Operations. Lead projects and initiatives, coordinating actions with other teams as necessary. Organize meetings and training sessions with stakeholders to align tasks and communicate improvements. Collaborate with various teams to ensure successful deliveries and develop solutions to increase operational efficiency.

Reside in São Paulo. Advanced English is mandatory. Proficiency in Excel and analytical skills to interpret data and create corporate presentations. Strong communication skills and a proactive problem-solving attitude. Intermediate/advanced knowledge of SQL and BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Metabase is a plus.
