The R&D Operations Analyst will manage the end-to-end Purchase Order and Contract processes for the Americas Sensory & Consumer Experience team, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with PepsiCo standards. This involves acting as a central coordination point between Procurement, Legal, Finance, and vendors, while also driving governance and continuous improvement of procurement workflows.
Requirements
Candidates must be detail-oriented, organized, and possess fluent English skills for effective global communication. A minimum of 1 year of administrative experience, ideally supporting purchasing or vendor coordination, is required, along with knowledge of procurement systems like SAP or Ariba and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
