Lead preventive medicine and occupational health initiatives focused on early detection, disease prevention, and employee wellbeing. Coordinate health surveillance programs, occupational medical evaluations, and follow-up on medical recommendations. Manage medical case follow-up, absenteeism monitoring, and workplace accommodations in coordination with HR and medical providers.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in Occupational Health & Safety. Bachelor's degree in a health-related field. Valid Colombian Occupational Health & Safety license and current SG-SST certification. B1 High or above English proficiency.
