Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Recruitment and Selection, particularly for complex roles. Proficiency in competency-based evaluation and behavioral profile analysis tools. Valid driver's license (Category B) and experience using social media platforms for recruitment.
