Analyze management data to develop continuous improvement plans for transportation operations. Lead projects to optimize operations and increase productivity in distribution centers. Collaborate with the regional team to define the implementation of initiatives and operational projects for the country.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. 4 years of experience in similar positions. Experience in logistics and transportation with a focus on continuous improvement and operational optimization. Knowledge of process standardization through best practices and international manufacturing systems such as 5S, Kaizen, or Lean methodologies. Yellow, Green, or Black Belt certifications are desirable.
