The role is responsible for supporting the control and accuracy of company inventory by performing system reconciliations, analyzing discrepancies, and assisting with internal and external audits. This includes reconciling differences between operating and accounting systems and updating inventory data in the management system (SAP).
Requirements
Desired skills include basic inventory control abilities, knowledge of SAP, intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts), and basic knowledge of cyclical and rotating inventories. The role requires collaboration across operations, tax, and accounting departments to ensure compliance and process improvement.
