Core Responsibilities

Accompany ambassadors in the field, providing ongoing mentorship and support. Conduct reports and follow-ups to ensure ambassadors meet their goals and comply with established KPIs. Supervise daily activities of ambassadors, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. Provide continuous training and development to enhance team skills and competencies.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in team supervision, preferably in operations or sales. Experience in face-to-face sales and/or customer service. Ability to supervise teams across one or multiple cities. Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to ensure compliance with metrics and objectives.
