Core Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Collections Specialists and Team Leads. Oversee regional collections performance and drive achievement of cash collection, overdue debt, and DSO targets. Monitor team KPIs, productivity, service levels, and collections reporting. Communicate with customers to address overdue invoices, negotiate payment arrangements, and resolve disputes.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a Team Lead role within a Collections function. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Excellent (C1 level) written and spoken English for effective communication in a global environment. Strong knowledge of ERP system functionality; NetSuite experience is highly desirable.
