Core Responsibilities

Accompany field ambassadors, providing ongoing mentorship and support. Conduct reports and follow-ups to ensure ambassadors meet their goals and KPIs. Supervise daily activities of ambassadors, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Provide continuous training and development to enhance team skills and competencies. Plan and coordinate team activities, assigning tasks and ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in team supervision, preferably in operations or sales. Experience in face-to-face sales and/or customer service. Ability to supervise teams across one or multiple cities. Proactive problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
