Specialist, Staff Counsel

Negotiate, draft, and review civil, commercial, and mercantile contracts with local and international counterparts. Ensure compliance with applicable legal regulations in each country of the region. Provide legal support to various business areas on contractual matters. Coordinate with external law firms to manage specific legal matters in other countries.

Law degree with a valid professional license. Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in roles focused on commercial contracting. Advanced English proficiency (B2+), with fluent oral and written communication. Strong knowledge of commercial, civil, contractual, and mercantile law.
