Correspondent Banking Lead

Lead the end-to-end implementation of the correspondent model and manage integrations with correspondent network managers. Coordinate the regulatory approval process with the Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores (CNBV) and define operational processes. Oversee day-to-day operations including transaction monitoring and incident management.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in banking, fintech, or payments with a focus on banking correspondents. Proven experience with CNBV processes and strong understanding of the Mexican regulatory framework. Native Spanish and advanced English proficiency required.
