Director, Business Development - Public Sector

Support the development of the Public Sector market strategy, including prioritizing client and solution opportunities. Engage with senior government and Public Bank stakeholders to influence strategic decisions and develop new revenue opportunities. Orchestrate Mastercard’s Public Sector engagements and assist country managers in winning strategic deals.

Proven track record in leading government projects or commercial deals. Strong project management experience and consultative selling focus. Undergraduate degree required; MBA or graduate degree preferred. Fluency in the local language and English is required.
