Core Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage labor relations processes and legal compliance within the organization. Provide legal labor advice to business areas, manage complex labor disengagement processes, and develop internal policies and procedures. Supervise the labor relations team and ensure proper execution of administrative processes related to labor relations.

Requirements

More than 10 years of experience in Labor Relations or Labor Law. Strong understanding of labor legislation and compliance. Proven experience in managing complex labor disputes and providing legal advice.
