What You'll Do
Define new end-to-end functionalities from discovery to go-live, ensuring quality, performance, and regulatory compliance. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including UX, Technology, Data, and business. Analyze user metrics and behaviors, proposing measurable improvements in adoption, retention, and transactional use.
