The Technical Account Manager acts as the key bridge between strategic partners (retail/pharmacies) and Rappi's internal technical, commercial, and operations teams to ensure stable and efficient integrations. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, monitoring incidents related to catalogs and inventory, analyzing OKRs, and developing continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

Candidates need intermediate/advanced SQL knowledge (Snowflake preferred) and basic Python skills for data processing and automation, along with proficiency in visualization tools like Power BI. Essential soft skills include excellent communication, an analytical and structured problem-solving approach, high organization, and ownership in dynamic environments.
