Legal Financial & Banking Business Senior Manager

Direct and coordinate legal advice to the areas of IB&F, GTB, Wealth Management, Asset Management, and Advisory. Participate in the structuring, implementation, and negotiation of corporate financing, syndicated and bilateral loans, international trade operations, factoring, financial leasing, investment products and services, and regulatory matters.

Bachelor's degree in Law. Minimum five years of experience in legal financial, banking, and securities advisory in financial institutions or specialized firms. Advanced English proficiency. Knowledge of structured financing, syndicated and bilateral loans, banking law, financial law, corporate law, and securities law.
