Ensure that accounting numbers accurately reflect the financial and operational situation of the organization, including analysis of P&L and Balance Sheet. Establish connections with other financial processes, including Taxes, Accounting, Financial Analysis and Planning, Operations, and corporate teams. Propose improvements in accounting processes, analysis, control, and presentation of financial indicators, ensuring transparency of numbers and implementing automation for excellence in execution.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Solid technical knowledge of International Standards (IFRS and USGAAP) and Brazilian Accounting Standards. Experience in retail and industry companies, especially those involved in direct product sales and inventory control. Intermediate English and Spanish will be considered a differential.
