Talent Sourcing Partner

Build and engage strong pipelines of qualified talent for critical positions through proactive sourcing and market mapping. Partner closely with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing approaches. Provide talent intelligence and market insights to shape sourcing strategies and support informed hiring decisions.

2+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment roles. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent. Hands-on experience with proactive sourcing and advanced search techniques. Advanced written and spoken English.

This is an office-based role requiring in-person work at least 3 days per week.
