Sr Governance Manager, Amazon Payments

Act as dedicated governance advisor, providing expert guidance on governance obligations and compliance. Manage the full lifecycle of Board and Management meetings, including scheduling and crafting agendas. Lead the appointment and onboarding of new Board members and ensure comprehensive training for them.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Fluent in English at C1 level or above. Governance, Company Secretariat, or compliance program management experience with a deep understanding of corporate governance frameworks, ideally with NA and EU experience.
