Lead legal structuring and execution of capital markets transactions such as debt issuances and securitizations. Advise on investment banking-related activities, including fundraising and strategic partnerships. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and draft, review, and negotiate complex financial agreements. Support the design and launch of financial products and manage external counsel for multi-jurisdictional legal matters.
Requirements
12+ years of legal experience with strong exposure to investment banking or capital markets. Proven experience supporting debt/equity transactions and a strong understanding of financial instruments. Experience working in cross-functional environments and a business-oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills.
