Core Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end global equity settlement process, ensuring timely and accurate settlement across multiple international markets. Monitor daily settlement activity, investigate and resolve settlement exceptions, and perform daily reconciliations of securities positions and cash balances. Collaborate with trading, finance, compliance, and custodians to drive timely resolution of settlement issues and produce operational reporting on settlement activity.
Requirements
3+ years of experience supporting brokerage operations with a focus on global equity settlements. Strong understanding of securities settlement lifecycles and experience working with third-party clearing firms and global custodians. Knowledge of U.S. broker-dealer operations and financial industry regulations, along with familiarity with SWIFT settlement messaging and international settlement practices.
