Analyze the current performance of the public payroll product, mapping key indicators of the hiring journey. Identify bottlenecks and friction points in the customer experience using conversion data and complaints to support improvements. Propose enhancements in rules, processes, and commercial strategies to increase operational efficiency and conversion.

Experience in product analysis, preferably in financial services. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Familiarity with customer journey mapping and performance metrics.
