Formalize operations, manage contracts, and handle complaints and delinquency for the branch. Provide direct support in managing and monitoring the branch's performance. Control production and delinquency rates, and manage financial indicators to ensure operational quality.

Completed high school or technical course; a degree is preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Mathematical knowledge is essential.
