Monitor headcount to anticipate events and calculate resources needed to meet operational requirements. Develop national projects with regional scope focused on optimizing mass talent acquisition.
Requirements
5 years of experience in recruitment, talent management, or similar positions. Experience in managing indicators, designing mass recruitment coverage strategies, and resource calculation. Proven experience in managing teams and coordinating regional projects. Proficiency in technological tools and recruitment management systems (ATS, dashboards, data analytics).
