HR Data Management Advisor

Process position, job and employee data changes in HR systems throughout the employee lifecycle events. Ensure data accuracy and integrity of employee records and position management changes through established internal control mechanisms. Respond to inquiries pertaining to position management and employee lifecycle events and answer escalated issues from different stakeholders.

Post-Secondary Degree in Human Resources or Business or pursuing an education in a related field. Relevant experience in resolving customer service requests. Strong knowledge of organizational structure and complexity.
