Director, People Business Partner

Partner with leaders to execute people strategies that support business objectives, organizational effectiveness, and team performance across North LAC and assigned Regional Business Unit portfolios. Provide coaching and guidance on leadership effectiveness, talent development, workforce planning, employee engagement, change management, and organizational design. Use workforce data, employee insights, and market intelligence to identify talent needs and improve engagement, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field. Solid experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable strategic HR role within a multinational organization. Proven experience partnering with senior business leaders and influencing talent, workforce, and organizational decisions in a complex, matrixed environment. Fluency in English and Spanish.
