Promote and sell banking products and services, including through digital channels. Advise clients on the best credit and financing solutions for their businesses. Maintain effective communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and collaborate with other departments to provide high-quality service.

Previous experience in customer service in the banking sector, preferably with SMEs. Solid knowledge of banking products and services. Bachelor's degree in economic-administrative areas or related fields.
