Strategic Delivery Manager (Specialist)
EBANXCore Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic integration projects, ensuring successful project execution from kickoff to go-live. Define, document, and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for API and payment integration initiatives. Act as the primary point of coordination between Engineering, Product, Compliance, Tax, Commercial teams, and Merchants, driving alignment and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
Proven experience managing complex technical integration, implementation, or product delivery projects in fast-paced technology, fintech, SaaS, or payments environments. Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing cross-functional teams and engaging with executive-level customers.
