Customer Ops & Master Data Analyst

Create, maintain and update customer master records in SAP, Salesforce and other approved systems. Manage customer orders end-to-end in SAP, ensuring accurate processing and timely delivery. Resolve operational issues, discrepancies, returns, and complaints through effective stakeholder communication.

Advanced student or graduate in Business Administration, Agribusiness, Economics, Information Systems, Supply Chain or a related discipline. Experience in customer operations, customer service, order management, or master data administration. Strong attention to detail and clear communication in Spanish and English.
