Lead IT operations and service delivery to ensure business-critical systems are available and performant. Oversee the integration of identity migration onto Entra ID and manage app refederation from Okta. Administer Slack Enterprise Grid and Microsoft 365 suite while managing endpoint management across a mixed fleet. Build a unified team culture and manage vendor relationships.
Requirements
10+ years in IT operations, infrastructure, or systems engineering with progressive responsibility. 5+ years managing IT teams. Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and next-gen SIEM platforms. Must have experience operating a cloud-native platform in production.
