What You'll Do
Assign the correct sale price for corporate, commercial, and industrial properties of the bank. Request, coordinate, and meticulously review appraisals conducted by external experts. Conduct market research, comparable studies, and commercial projections, combining desk work and field visits.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years of experience in property appraisals or marketing of non-residential real estate. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields. Specialization in Real Estate Valuation is mandatory.
