Support administrative activities of Microsoft 365 platforms. Perform operational validations and configuration checks. Assist in managing Windows and MacOS devices and apply corporate policies. Monitor compliance indicators and assist in correcting non-conformities identified by the team.
What We're Looking For
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Engineering, or related fields. Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, MDM/MAM concepts, Windows 11, TCP/IP networks, DNS, Active Directory, and Cloud fundamentals. Familiarity with basic PowerShell, Command Prompt, Shell Script, programming logic, and REST APIs.
