The main challenges involve developing and maintaining strong relationships with restaurant vertical partners by generating innovative proposals beneficial to both parties, while also contributing to the growth of Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV). Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end sales process, defining tracking tools for leads and active accounts, and fostering a high-performance sales culture.

Requirements

Candidates must have 1 to 2 years of professional experience in fast-paced environments, possessing strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Essential requirements include effective communication skills, a drive to take ownership of improvements, and the ability to make quick decisions and implement actions, along with residing in Bucaramanga and intermediate proficiency in Excel/Google Workspace.
