Own pre-onboarding health checks, post-onboarding inventory monitoring and reporting, and health checks at deal renewals. Track and interpret health metrics, KPIs, and SLAs to monitor deal health and drive timely resolution. Manage escalations via SIM tickets, partnering with multiple teams to resolve provisioning and pricing issues.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience interacting with customers/stakeholders. Knowledge of SQL and Advanced Excel (Array and Statistical formulas). Experience in back office operations, escalation management, and troubleshooting environments.
