Financial Analyst (Investment Banking & Valuation)

Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain complex financial models, including DCF and comparable company analyses. Conduct in-depth valuation analyses to support investment decisions. Prepare investment memos and presentation materials for internal stakeholders. Respond to investor (LP) inquiries with accurate, data-driven insights. Support the full deal lifecycle from initial screening through final investment decisions. Collaborate closely with the investment team to ensure high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.
Requirements
Qualifications: Prior experience in investment banking or a high-intensity corporate finance environment preferred. Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, complex formulas) and PowerPoint. Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining precision and quality. Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders. Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and solve problems independently. Nice-to-Haves: CFA Level I or II candidacy. Experience with M&A modeling and deal structuring. Familiarity with Latin American markets or emerging tech sectors.
