Support operations with key indicators to assist in root cause analysis of issues.

Currently pursuing a higher education degree. Desired knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Looker Studio, with basic programming and database querying skills in SQL, Python, and Java. Experience in making data-driven decisions and suggesting improvements to ensure quality, safety, and productivity.
