Own the global product strategy and P&L for Clara’s premium corporate card portfolio, starting with the Black Card. Manage card networks, benefit providers, and cross-functional teams to build and scale a compelling benefits experience. Conduct continuous customer discovery with high-value accounts to validate benefit adoption, usage, and retention metrics.
What We're Looking For
5+ years in product management, with at least 2–3 years owning a card product or premium card benefits portfolio within fintech or banking. Demonstrated P&L ownership or strong commercial management experience. Deep knowledge of corporate or premium card benefit structures and card network programs.
