Drive the evolution of Clara's card processing infrastructure, including issuing, card flows, clearing, and settlement. Own product discovery and execution for stablecoin-powered payment flows integrated into Clara's corporate card infrastructure. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Compliance, and external network providers to turn complex operational and business problems into structured, shippable product solutions.

5+ years in product management, product engineering, or a hybrid building role, with a track record of shipping products that directly move core business metrics. Hands-on experience with stablecoins, crypto payment rails, or blockchain-based settlement systems. Strong domain exposure to fintech, financial infrastructure, card issuing, or payment flows with networks like Mastercard or Visa.
