Define, review, and evolve credit recovery policies and strategies for vehicle financing products. Develop studies and analyses on customer behavior, identifying opportunities for segmentation and recovery. Structure and monitor A/B tests, statistical analyses, and initiatives aimed at optimizing strategies.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields. Solid experience in Credit Recovery Strategy, Collections, Credit, or Analytics. Advanced knowledge in SQL, Excel, and data analysis.
